Tyagarah Beach is a beautiful paradise and Zion spent a day walking in the splendour this week. Vivid blue skies, pristine water and playing and writing in the sand made the day complete. Farmers market has become a beneficial ritual exposing Zion to all the local fresh produce available in the region. He loves his decaf coffee and sitting in the sunshine.
Drama was full of action this week with rehearsals for the upcoming play, 'Sunscreen' which is set in Brunswick Heads and features surfers, hippies, and some lively community characters. Zion helped one of the crew members with their shark costume, and enjoyed some hoop games before falling asleep at the piano in the soundshell at Brunswick Heads. This was after a full week of exercise and beach walking. Costume and prop making is in full swing. Gitta Radeau is an accomplished creative in both photography and graphic arts and Zion's drama group are privileged to have her as part of the troupe, offering her creative suggestions and extraordinary home made props.
Mullumbimby is a great place for Zion to network with his friends and socialise. He enjoyed a nice coffee at Lulu's Cafe and one of his friends invited him to their studio. He also explored the shops and enjoyed trying on apparel. This week it was hats and what a spectacular selection.
He continues on his painting for the upcoming Tweed Gallery Exhibition in 2025.
